Friday 20 July 2018: Exploring Issues of ‘Race’, Culture & Language within a CAT Framework
A one day workshop led by Jessie Emilion, CAT Psychotherapist & Supervisor.  The day offered an opportunity to develop confidence and skills for working with difference and diversity, and a language to describe such work, within a CAT-informed framework. It was relevant to therapeutic work with people from a range of diverse communities, including refugees, those seeking asylum, and those needing language support through an interpreter.   For more details, click  here.

Weds/Thurs 30 & 31 May 2018:: Embodiment, Relational Space and Working with Trauma to the Sense of Self
A two-day workshop providing an embodied and theoretical exploration of our relational selves, narcissistic wounding, and the burdening of the therapist.  These days offered an opportunity to learn and practise embodiment skills to help reduce therapist burdening, including stress, tiredness, exhaustion,  and burnout.   The workshop was led by Tim Sheard, CAT Psychotherapist.  For more details, click  here.
