Therapist Opportunity with Pathways Northwest

Pathways Northwest are currently advertising a therapist post  to work into their Aaban Project.  One of our practitioner trainees, Kate Portman, has asked us to bring this opportunity to the attention of the Catalyse community in the north.

Pathways Northwest invites applications for a Principal Psychologist or other psychological therapist to lead on the service development and provision of psychological care and treatment in a purpose built, high quality and specialist, female-only, personality-disorder treatment and rehabilitation facility in East Lancashire.

Within the context of a Dialectic Behaviour Therapy-led model of care, we would like a dynamic individual to join our MDT. A motivated and compassionate individual will lead service provision and development as well as undertake comprehensive assessments, deliver formulations and individual and group therapies. The role also includes supporting psychological assessment and therapy provided by other therapists in the service.

Salary and benefits will be relevant to experience. Training in DBT can be provided to the successful applicant and we are interested to hear from individuals with a wide range of therapeutic models and skills.
