- Practise skills relevant to cognitive analytic therapy with colleagues in our ‘Skills Lab’ hour

The meeting on 13th May 2016 was attended by 11 CAT therapists and included an hour-long Skills Lab led by Cheryl Delisser and Clive Turpin on “Versatility & Dialogue: enhancing personal insight and exploring exits for yourself using mapping skills“. This offered participants an opportunity to practice mapping skills alone and with peers, reflecting in on what helps and hinders professional development and/or wellbeing in one’s professional role.
