Dr Jenny Marshall

Dr. Jenny Marshall  is a Clinical Psychologist, CAT Supervisor, and Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the NHS. During her career, Jenny has cultivated a strong interest in organisational development and systems-based approaches, applying the CAT model to foster the growth and effectiveness of both clinical teams and leadership groups. She has delivered advanced training and reflective practice for over 15 years, guiding professionals and leaders in the integration of CAT into their practice. 

In 2020, Jenny co-ordinated and co-edited a key publication on Reflective Practice, reinforcing her expertise in the field. She has authored numerous articles, including pieces on the application of CAT with senior leaders, and has played an integral role in shaping broader NHS projects and innovations. Her leadership and forward-thinking approach continue to influence psychological practice across organisations and contribute to the evolution of mental health service delivery within the NHS.
