I don’t have an account
If you don’t have an account you’ll need to create one (register). You’ll use your email address to register. (If you have more than one email address, please make a note of which you’ve used).

I’m not sure if I have an account
If you’re not sure whether you have an account, you can check by clicking the “Register a new account” button above and enter the email address you would have used to create an account.
- If you haven’t already created an account with that email address, a new account will be created for you and you’ll receive a notification email (please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive one).
- If you already have an account and try to create another one using the same email address you will get an error message. In this case, return to this page (use the back button on your browser or click “Log in” in the header) and choose one of the options below.

I get an error message when I try to register
If you try to register but see this error message “Error: An account is already registered with your email address. Please log in.“, it means you already have an account registered to that email address.
- You should log in with that email address (using the “Login” section).
- If you can’t remember your password, just click the “Lost your password?” link and enter the email address you use for the account. You’ll be sent an email with instructions. (You may need to check your junk or spam folder.)
I’ve forgotten my password
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” button.
You’ll be sent an email. Just follow the instructions to reset your password. (You may have to look in your spam or junk folder.)
I want to manage my account and/or review my bookings
If you already have an account and want to update your details or review your purchases, click this button to log in.

I want to access the intranet
If you are a 2022 or 2023 entry CAT trainee, or work with Catalyse in a course role (trainer, marker, supervisor etc), please click this button to log in.
