My original training is as a Clinical Psychologist, qualifying in 2003. I qualified as a CAT Practitioner in 2013 and went on to become an accredited Supervisor in 2020. In 2010 I began delivering introductory CAT training to teams in the NHS. Since then I have developed an overarching relational model, embedding and sustaining reflective practice. I have had a role in developing and delivering this training to managers and senior leaders. A particular interest is in using the model to develop a common language and compassionate culture at all layers of organisations. More recently I have also used CAT to directly help staff with work related stress.
Within Catalyse I am Executive Lead for the Personal Reformulation workstream, offer personal reformulations, and also contribute to training and CPD.
